Exceptional service - 1st time customer - will be back for sure. Super easy to schedule appointment using online system. Received digital confirmation and reminder text & call before appointment. Check in the day of the appointment was equally as easy. Rob checked me in and patiently reviewed service options with me & provided a quote. The car was ready on time and the price quoted at pick up was the same. The check out ladies were friendly and efficient. Again, I'll be back.

Adam and team literally saved our lives. We were visiting Gainesville and our C300 was leaking coolant due to a broken part. We limped the vehicle to Continental and what I thought was going to be a four day adventure of identifying what's wrong, what parts were needed to fix the vehicle, parts acquisition, and then parts installation took FOUR HOURS. Yes that's right. I brought a dead vehicle to Continental and within four hours they had the vehicle running again. I have zero doubt that you will not find a more competent, trustworthy, and dependable shop to have your vehicle serviced and maintained. Unfortunately we don't live in Gainesville but our son does and when his vehicle needs service it will be Adam and his colleagues at Continental. And if you're in Gainesville and your vehicle has an issue, do yourself a HUGE favor and call Continental. You will NOT be disappointed. Big shout out to Adam and the rest of the crew at Continental. Thank you for delivering the kind of service that is so hard to find in 2026. Kindness. Respectful. Attention to detail. More than fair price. And excellent craftsmanship. 10 ⭐

Gina and RJ were absolutely phenomenal when CarMax service wasn’t. Both RJ and Gina gave me the guidance I was looking for when my ABS system failed and wasn’t sure what to do. They gave clear communication, fast updates, and overall above and beyond. I am super grateful to them as well as the young lady who helped me upfront. She was kind, inviting and pointed me in the right direction to the offices. I cannot say enough about their superb work, performance, and inviting spirit.

Gina from Continental Imports was a lifesaver! She arranged for my suspension to be taken care of on extremely short notice and I was still able to go on my trip. I’ve never had a mechanic that was so responsive and so willing to work with me before. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Gina and thank you Continental Imports!

If you’re still taking your BMW to the dealership for service, do yourself a favor and go to Continental Imports instead. This was hands down the best service experience I’ve had. Alex was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had my brake pads, rotors, tires replaced, and a brake fluid flush, and everything was handled flawlessly. They even had a loaner car ready for me without me having to ask, which made the whole process ridiculously easy. I don’t know what kind of magic they worked, but my car came back looking better than it has since i bought it. Def my new go-to service provider!
